Living Space

We understand that personal space is important to our residents. When choosing the place you call “home,” Polk PCC has a selection of semi-private, regular/standard private or deluxe private rooms.

Polk PCC provides each resident with his or her own unique living area. Each spacious, formal room has a large closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and locking medicine cabinet.   We furnish all rooms with a bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser with mirror, mini fridge and a storage chest. With prior approval, residents are also welcome to bring their furniture, pictures, wall décor, television, etc. to make them feel right at home. 

Dining

Polk PCC isn’t your typical personal care home.  Our chefs prepare three nutritious home-cooked meals every day.  Residents gather around the tables for an enjoyable time of conversation in our spacious formal dining room surrounded by windows. 

Lifestyle

At Polk PCC we strive to keep residents active.  Our ample amenities encompass an exercise center, interdenominational chapel, and plenty of common areas for our seniors to engage in meaningful social activities.  There is staff on site to assist with a range of activities scheduled throughout each day.  View our sample activity calendar below.
