Since its inception in 1979, The Polk Foundation's mission has been to provide safe, affordable housing for local seniors in Millersburg, PA and that same vision still holds true today.  Nearly 100 adults ages 55 and older are presently enjoying independent living in private residences in the Polk Memorial Apartments.
